The brief
Branch Road is a residential apartment development where fire protection, site security and controlled access to the building all had to be delivered together. With residents living on site, every system needed to be dependable, well documented and straightforward to live with day to day.
The development also required warden call to be brought into the same scheme, so that a resident calling for assistance reaches the right place first time.

What we delivered
GDC designed and installed an addressable fire alarm system covering the communal and private areas, along with a 36-camera IP CCTV system giving cover across the development.
An intercom and door access system controls entry to the building, with warden call integrated into the installation so resident calls are handled through the same infrastructure. Everything was commissioned, certified and handed over with full documentation.
