The brief
Castleridge Properties needed fire detection, intruder protection and controlled entry delivered across the property as a single coordinated scheme, rather than as three separate installations bolted together.
The priority was that the systems work with each other cleanly and stay simple to operate day to day.
Deliverables
What we delivered
GDC designed and installed a fire alarm system for the property, along with an intruder alarm integrated into the same scheme so the two operate together rather than in isolation.
An intercom and door entry system was installed to control access to the building. All three systems were commissioned, certified and handed over with full documentation and user training.
