The Diamond Complex
A full two-loop addressable fire alarm installation, linked to the fire systems of multiple tenants across a mixed-use complex.

The brief
The Diamond Complex is a multi-occupancy site where several tenants operate their own fire systems within one building. The complex needed a properly engineered fire alarm system of its own that could also talk to each of those tenant systems.
The challenge was coordination: getting a whole-building scheme installed and interfaced without disrupting the tenants trading around it.
Deliverables
What we delivered
GDC carried out a full installation of a two-loop addressable fire alarm system across the complex, sized and zoned around the building rather than retrofitted into it.
The panel was then interfaced to the individual tenant systems, so an activation in any one of them is picked up and handled correctly at complex level. The system was commissioned, certified and documented, with zone plans provided on site.
